About the role
The Reservations Agent is the first point of contact for guests seeking room bookings at Hilton Kuwait Resort. You will deliver exceptional service, turning inquiries into confirmed reservations while upholding the brand’s standards.
Key responsibilities
- Convert guest inquiries quickly into contracted business.
- Respond positively to sales inquiries and develop future sales leads.
- Identify and qualify sales leads where appropriate.
- Handle all customer interactions professionally, ensuring accurate reservations that meet guest expectations.
- Provide prompt, efficient service while maintaining Hilton’s brand standards.
Required profile
- A passion for delivering great customer service.
- Highly professional telephone manner and excellent communication skills.
- Outstanding administrative and organizational abilities.
- Intermediate computer proficiency.
- Previous experience in a reservations environment (preferred).
- Tertiary or collegiate‑level education (preferred).
