About the role
The Reservations Supervisor leads the Reservations Team to maximise revenue and guest satisfaction for Hilton properties. You will coordinate daily operations, develop repeat‑business opportunities and ensure high‑quality service across all booking channels.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in day‑to‑day operations of the Reservations Department.
- Handle telephone, fax and email enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Analyse seasonal and historical trends to optimise occupancy and average room rates.
- Identify new contacts, develop sales leads and respond to sales opportunities.
- Produce quotations and written confirmations for all clients.
- Monitor customer satisfaction, resolve issues and secure future business.
- Ensure bookings are guaranteed and apply appropriate no‑show or cancellation charges.
- Oversee team appearance, standards and performance, emphasizing training and teamwork.
- Participate in recruiting, managing, training and developing the Reservations team.
Required profile
- Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
- Positive attitude with excellent communication skills.
- Commitment to delivering high‑level customer service.
- Confident telephone manner and professional grooming standards.
- Good IT proficiency and knowledge of hotel property management systems.
