Restaurant Manager – Fast Food (Kuwait)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our fast‑food operations in Kuwait. The role involves overseeing daily restaurant activities, ensuring high food quality, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage overall restaurant operations, including kitchen workflow and service standards.
• Supervise and schedule staff across multiple fast‑food branches.
• Coordinate order processing and liaise efficiently with delivery drivers.
• Control inventory, conduct daily reporting, and maintain accurate stock levels.
• Implement and monitor food quality control procedures.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience managing fast‑food restaurants.
• Experience handling at least two fast‑food branches, preferably American brands.
• Strong background in kitchen operations and food quality control.
• Proven ability in staff supervision, scheduling, and team management.
• Valid driving licence, own car, and eligibility to work in Kuwait (Asian nationals preferred).
