About the role

The Restaurant Manager will lead all daily operations of a upscale dining venue, ensuring high service standards, operational efficiency, and profitability. This position is pivotal in delivering a consistent brand experience for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day restaurant operations, including front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house activities.
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff across all departments.
• Maintain brand standards for service quality and food presentation.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet targets.
• Control costs such as labor, food, and waste while managing inventory and supplier relationships.
• Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery.
• Ensure compliance with Kuwait Municipality and food‑safety regulations.
• Prepare operational reports on sales, staffing, and wastage.
• Collaborate with marketing on promotions and campaigns.
• Drive team motivation, discipline, and performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing an upscale restaurant.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred; diploma acceptable with relevant experience.
• Certifications in Food Safety, HACCP, or Restaurant Operations are highly desirable.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Experience with multi‑cuisine or Asian dining concepts preferred.
