About the role

The Sales Assistant drives sales and creates a welcoming environment, ensuring a positive customer experience in a fashion retail setting.

Key responsibilities

Create a positive first impression for customers, greet them with a smile and thank them on exit.
Provide product information, assist in fitting rooms, follow up promptly and aim to increase sales.
Maintain store cleanliness, organize displays, operate the cash wrap efficiently and capture customer data.

Required profile

High School diploma.
1-2 years of fashion retail sales experience.
Ability to lift heavy items and stand for at least 8 hours.

Required skills

Excellent verbal communication.
Strong customer service orientation.
Attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a team.
