Retail Sales Associate – Customer Service & POS

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Retail Sales Associate to represent our brand and drive sales within our store. You will deliver exceptional customer service, maintain visual standards, and ensure smooth store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, guiding them to the right products and converting browsers into buyers.
• Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program to encourage repeat purchases.
• Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on all brand lines for effective suggestive selling.
• Arrange merchandise according to visual‑merchandising guidelines and stock norms.
• Record inventory movements and generate related reports.
• Operate the POS system, handle cash‑till reconciliation, and process payments (cash, credit cards, vouchers, automatic debits).
• Issue receipts, refunds, and change accurately.
• Monitor store security, adhere to loss‑prevention policies, and protect sales data confidentiality.
• Work flexible shifts, including extended hours during sales periods, and assist with overtime as needed.

Required profile

• Presentable, well‑groomed appearance at all times.
• Flexible availability for varied shifts and overtime.
• Strong product knowledge and attention to detail to minimise stock loss.
• Customer‑focused attitude with the ability to follow the GUEST selling methodology.
• Commitment to confidentiality and adherence to SOPs.
