About the role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Assistant to support our clothing and shoe business. The role involves handling both in‑store and online sales, ensuring a smooth customer experience and timely order fulfilment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily online sales activities across TikTok and Facebook platforms.
- Follow up on customer orders and provide after‑sales support.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and inventory.
- Assist customers in the commercial apartment, offering product information and recommendations.
- Ensure the sales area is well‑presented and organized.
Required profile
- Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
- Honest, responsible, punctual and well‑presented.
- Previous experience in online sales, preferably in fashion retail.
