About the role
The Sales Associate will represent the brand, drive store sales and deliver exceptional customer service. The role includes operational duties such as store maintenance and visual merchandising.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers, assist with product selection and convert window shoppers into buyers.
- Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program and ensure high‑standard service using the GUEST selling process.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, arrange stock, and follow VM guidelines.
- Handle POS transactions, process payments, issue receipts/refunds and manage cash till.
- Record inventory movements and maintain accurate reports.
- Adhere to SOP, loss‑prevention policies and maintain confidentiality of sales figures.
Required profile
- Well‑groomed, presentable and knowledgeable about product ranges.
- Flexible to work varied shifts, extended hours during sales periods and overtime as needed.
- Strong product knowledge to minimize stock loss and support suggestive selling.
- Awareness of store security and loss‑prevention practices.
