Therapeutic Area Representative – Immunology (Kuwait)

About the role

The Therapeutic Area Representative for Immunology will execute Novartis' in‑field commercial strategy for priority brands across Kuwait. The role focuses on high‑quality engagement with healthcare professionals, delivering personalized omnichannel interactions and meeting sales targets while adhering to compliance and ethical standards.

Key responsibilities

• Apply the ICE field execution framework: segment customers, use value‑based targeting, follow data‑driven call plans and document visits promptly.
• Deliver compliant, high‑impact engagements using approved brand messaging and digital tools, continuously improving performance through coaching and insights.
• Act as a trusted commercial partner to HCPs, explaining clinical data, evidence and appropriate product use.
• Leverage technology enablement tools such as “next best action” proposals to enhance customer impact.
• Collect, interpret and share field insights on customer needs, market dynamics, competitor activity and territory priorities.
• Participate in local events, meetings and promotional activities in line with governance standards.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with TA Marketing, Medical TA, Value & Access and Execution Excellence partners.

Required profile

• Degree or relevant education in a related discipline.
• Proven track record of successful sales performance.
• Experience in Immunology or Dermatology and launching new products is preferred.
• Solid experience in the Kuwait market is preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and engage therapeutic area stakeholders.
