TA Representative – Immunology Kuwait

About the role

The Therapeutic Area Representative will drive the commercial strategy for Novartis' immunology portfolio across Kuwait. This field‑based position focuses on high‑quality engagement with healthcare professionals, delivering brand messaging and achieving sales targets while adhering to compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the ICE field execution framework: segment customers, apply value‑based targeting, deliver personalized omnichannel engagement, and follow data‑driven call plans.
• Provide compliant, high‑impact customer interactions using approved brand messaging and digital tools, and continuously improve performance through coaching and insights.
• Act as a trusted commercial partner to HCPs, explaining clinical data, evidence, and appropriate product use.
• Leverage technology enablement systems such as “next best action” proposals to enhance engagement impact.
• Collect, interpret, and share field insights on customer needs, market dynamics, competitor activity, and territory priorities to inform actions.
• Participate in local events, meetings, and promotional activities in compliance with governance standards.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with TA Marketing, Medical TA, Value & Access, and Execution Excellence partners.

Required profile

• Degree or education in a relevant discipline.
• Proven successful performance track record in sales.
• Experience in immunology or dermatology and launching new products is preferred.
• Solid experience in the Kuwait market and strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
• Established experience in successfully managing and engaging TMEs.
