Sales & Commercial Manager – Hotels Contracting

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Commercial Manager to lead hotel contracting initiatives. The role focuses on building partnerships, negotiating contracts, and expanding our hotel portfolio to drive revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new hotel partnerships and business opportunities.
• Negotiate and secure hotel contracts, rates, commissions, allotments, and commercial terms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hotels and key hospitality partners.
• Continuously expand and optimise the company’s hotel portfolio and contracted rates.
• Monitor hotel performance, availability, rates, and commercial competitiveness.
• Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to improve commercial positioning.
• Manage the full commercial cycle from prospecting to ongoing account management.
• Achieve agreed sales and commercial targets.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in sales, hotel contracting, business development, or a similar commercial role within travel & tourism.
• Proven experience in negotiating and closing hotel contracts and commercial agreements.
• Strong existing network and relationships with hotels and hospitality suppliers.
• Solid understanding of hotel rates, contracting, commissions, allotments, and commercial terms.
• Commercial mindset with a clear focus on revenue and profitability.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently, develop new business, and manage multiple commercial relationships.
