About the role
The Sales Coordinator will provide comprehensive administrative, customer service, and lead‑development support to the Sales team at Hilton Kuwait Resort. This role is essential for driving new and repeat business by managing sales processes and ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Identify new contacts, develop sales leads and respond to sales opportunities to maximise revenue.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of hotel amenities, packages and promotions.
- Generate and nurture sales leads, contacting potential clients to build relationships.
- Prepare quotations and written confirmations for all clients.
- Produce accurate, timely reports for the Sales Director and senior management, including appointments, calls made and business leads.
- Monitor customer satisfaction, resolve outstanding issues and arrange hotel show rounds.
Required profile
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proactive approach to meeting deadlines and targets.
- Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
- Previous experience in a sales role.
- Relevant degree in sales, business or a related discipline.
Required skills
- High‑level proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- High‑level proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
- High‑level proficiency with Microsoft Word.
