About the role
The Sales Manager will drive revenue growth for a Hilton hotel by analysing market trends, identifying business opportunities and building strong relationships with corporate clients. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure an exceptional guest experience while achieving sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse local market trends and competitor activity to generate new business leads.
- Develop and manage customer accounts within the region, increasing market share across all revenue streams.
- Negotiate room rates and packages with corporate clients and prepare contracts in line with pricing policies.
- Implement creative local marketing initiatives, including social‑media campaigns.
- Collaborate with hotel departments to deliver a seamless guest experience.
- Attend sales events and produce accurate reports for the Sales Director and senior management.
- Recruit, train, and manage the sales team, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Required profile
- Positive attitude with strong communication skills.
- Commitment to high‑level customer service and professional grooming standards.
- Flexibility to adapt to varying work situations and ability to work under pressure.
- Proven sales experience with a track record of closing deals.
