Senior Clinical & Sales Specialist – Cardiovascular

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Clinical & Sales Specialist to drive the adoption of cardiovascular electrophysiology solutions in Kuwait. You will combine clinical expertise with consultative sales techniques to support physicians, EP lab staff, and key decision‑makers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert clinical product and technical assistance and training on electrophysiology systems, catheter equipment, the CARTO® System, associated software modules, and RF generators during case procedures.
• Educate customers on all electrophysiology products to optimize usage and clinical outcomes.
• Collaborate with peers to share best practices and increase value for customers.
• Identify sales opportunities using consultative selling techniques and create awareness of electrophysiology solutions.
• Facilitate contact between the Sales Manager and key decision‑makers to drive incremental business.
• Plan and schedule case support to maximize customer support capability.
• Maintain open communication with local and support teams to ensure coordinated service delivery.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in clinical sales within the cardiovascular or electrophysiology space.
• Proven ability to train physicians and EP lab staff on complex medical devices.
• Strong consultative selling skills and a track record of meeting or exceeding business goals.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills across multidisciplinary teams.
