Senior Electrical Sales Engineer – Kuwait

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Electrical Sales Engineer to drive our business in Kuwait, focusing on the oil & gas and petrochemical sectors. The role combines technical knowledge of electrical equipment with strong commercial acumen to win and manage tenders.

Key responsibilities

• Promote principal electrical products, including transformers, switchgears and relays, to clients in Kuwait.
• Monitor and screen all relevant tenders for participation.
• Independently manage pre‑tender and post‑tender activities, from cost preparation to bid submission.
• Liaise with clients to explore new business opportunities and provide technical support.
• Report commercial and technical product information to the General Manager.

Required profile

• BE in Electrical Engineering.
• 2‑3 years of sales experience with a strong focus on tendering.
• Experience in process industries such as oil & gas refineries and petrochemicals.
• Proven track record selling industrial electrical equipment.
• Techno‑commercial expertise in costing and bidding.
• Excellent command of English.

What we offer

• Salary: 500 KWD per month (no food, accommodation or transport allowance).
