About the role
The group is rolling out SAP Business One across eight legal entities in Kuwait and the UAE on Microsoft Azure. The Senior ERP & Systems Administrator will own the platform before, during and after go‑live, handling SAP administration, integrations and the broader Microsoft infrastructure.
Key responsibilities
- Administer and configure SAP Business One for eight entities, including users, licences, authorisations, document numbering and posting periods.
- Operate and monitor integrations with Zenoti, Shopify, Sapaad and Kayan HRMS, performing daily health checks, error resolution and reconciliation.
- Lead the internal side of the SAP implementation programme – data migration, UAT, cut‑over planning, training and post‑go‑live stabilisation.
- Manage Microsoft 365, Azure‑hosted SAP environment, Active Directory/Entra ID, network infrastructure and backup/DR processes.
Required skills
- SAP Business One administration
- Seidor Intercompany and B1UP add‑ons
- Microsoft Azure cloud hosting
- Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint)
- Active Directory / Entra ID identity management
- Integration middleware for real‑time webhooks and batch jobs
- Experience with Zenoti, Shopify, Sapaad and Kayan HRMS integrations
- Crystal Reports and SAP query development
