Senior Financial Auditor (Arabic/English) – Kuwait

About the role

EY is seeking an Arabic‑speaking Senior Financial Auditor to join its Kuwait audit team. You will work with diverse clients, delivering high‑quality audit services while gaining exposure to a global professional services environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and participate in audit engagements for a portfolio of clients in Kuwait.
• Collaborate with team members, maintain clear communication, and update the reporting manager on progress.
• Prepare for and attend meetings with client management, delivering reports and schedules as required.
• Develop and sustain productive relationships with client personnel.
• Identify and escalate potential business opportunities for EY.
• Contribute to people initiatives, including recruiting and retaining assurance professionals.
• Ensure audit work meets EY’s quality standards and is reviewed appropriately.

Required profile

• Minimum of four years’ experience in external audit.
• Strong academic record with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a recognised professional qualification (CA, ACCA, CPA) or active pursuit of such qualification.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Professional attitude, accountability and results‑driven mindset.
