Senior HVAC & Plumbing Maintenance Engineer – Kuwait

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineer to lead both HVAC and plumbing maintenance activities in Kuwait. The role involves planning, supervising, and executing preventive and corrective tasks while ensuring high reliability of mechanical systems.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities for HVAC and plumbing systems.
• Lead maintenance teams to ensure timely completion of work orders.
• Troubleshoot system issues and implement effective solutions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, maintenance standards, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Prepare maintenance schedules, reports, and technical documentation.
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 8–10 years of maintenance experience in HVAC or plumbing systems.
• Strong knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance practices.
• Experience in commercial, industrial, or oil & gas facilities (preferred).
• GCC/Kuwait experience is an advantage.
