Senior Principal Customer Enablement Specialist – Petrophysicist

About the role

As a Senior Principal Customer Enablement Specialist – Petrophysicist, you will lead a Well Log Data Management project using AspenTech’s proprietary formation evaluation software. You will act as a trusted advisor to a strategic Middle East customer, ensuring high‑quality well log data and delivering petrophysical insights that drive long‑term value.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site customer support for well log data management and formation evaluation workflows.
• Oversee the quality, consistency, and validation of field, processed, and interpreted well log data.
• Review and ensure technical accuracy of petrophysical work produced by the team.
• Manage petrophysical aspects of the project, delivering results on schedule and aligned with objectives.
• Generate composite logs, prepare final LAS files, and apply the latest technology to streamline petrophysical processes.
• Troubleshoot technical and data‑related issues using AspenTech software.
• Prepare and present technical reports, presentations, and recommendations to senior management and the customer.
• Maintain contractual obligations and communicate any potential gaps to management.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in petrophysics and well log data management.
• Proven ability to work on‑site with strategic customers in the oil & gas sector.
• Strong understanding of formation evaluation and characterization workflows.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting technical findings to senior stakeholders.
