Senior Project Control – Major Port Project in Kuwait

About the role

Egis is looking for a Senior Project Control professional to join the team on a major port development in Kuwait. The role involves establishing and maintaining robust project control systems to ensure successful delivery of this large‑scale infrastructure project.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain project control systems and procedures.
• Monitor project progress, costs, and schedules using advanced project management software.
• Conduct regular performance analyses and prepare comprehensive reports for stakeholders.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and government officials.
• Lead and mentor junior project control team members.
• Facilitate effective communication among all project stakeholders.

Required profile

• University degree.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in project control, preferably on large‑scale infrastructure projects.
• Proven expertise in using project management software.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Experience in port construction projects is an advantage.
• Proficiency in project control methodologies and construction management best practices.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
• Willingness to relocate to Kuwait for the project duration.
