Senior Projects Manager – PMC Services

About the role

Worley is seeking a Senior Projects Manager to lead the delivery of PMC (Project Management Consultancy) services for large‑scale client projects. You will be responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle—from front‑end engineering and design (FEED) through detailed engineering, procurement, construction management, and commissioning—ensuring safety, predictability, and commercial success.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multiple major PMC projects, aligning them with client requirements and Worley standards.
• Provide strategic direction throughout project development, execution, commissioning, and close‑out.
• Implement and enforce project management processes, governance, and reporting systems.
• Champion a high‑performance safety culture and ensure compliance with HSE regulations.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, contractors, regulators, and other stakeholders.
• Manage commercial aspects, including budgets, gross margins, and subcontract agreements.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading large, multidisciplinary engineering or construction projects.
• Strong understanding of FEED, detailed engineering, procurement, construction management, and commissioning phases.
• Demonstrated ability to drive commercial performance and deliver value to clients.
• Excellent leadership, decision‑making, and problem‑solving capabilities.
