Senior Sales Manager - Sales

About the role

Jumeirah Messilah Beach, a luxury beachfront resort in Kuwait with 316 rooms and suites, 79 residential suites and 10 villas, is looking for a Senior Sales Manager to join its Sales team. The role focuses on corporate business development and maintaining relationships with key accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Complete assigned sales calls on a daily basis
• Conduct site inspections when needed
• Carry out regular competitor surveys on events held at rival hotels and follow up with an introductory letter
• Attend or schedule lunch entertainment for key accounts when required
• Chair a weekly sales briefing on the corporate business environment in the markets
• Schedule calls one week in advance and share the plan in daily sales briefings
• Develop a weekly sales call plan to improve time management, sales objectives and target contacts
• Organize business entertainment such as luncheons, dinners and cocktails to build client confidence, and introduce the General Manager and the Director of Sales and Marketing (DOS) whenever possible
