About the role

We are seeking a motivated Showroom Salesman to join Albaghli United Sponge, a leading Kuwaiti manufacturer and retailer of mattresses and bedding solutions. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional in‑store experience and driving sales.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers and provide an outstanding showroom experience.
• Recommend products that match customer needs.
• Achieve sales targets through effective selling techniques.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum three years of sales experience.
• Experience in hospitality, furniture, bedding, or related industries.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Proven ability to cross‑sell and upsell.
• Excellent customer service orientation.
• Teamwork and problem‑solving abilities.
