About the role

The Spa Receptionist is the first point of contact for guests visiting the spa. You will create a welcoming atmosphere, manage appointments, and support the smooth operation of the treatment areas.

Key responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests, ensuring they feel comfortable and informed.
Manage spa bookings, schedule appointments, and coordinate with therapists.
Provide detailed information about treatments, services, packages, and products.
Handle guest inquiries via phone, email, and in‑person promptly and professionally.
Process payments, manage billing, and keep accurate transaction records.
Maintain a clean, organized reception area that reflects the spa’s relaxing ambiance.
Assist with retail sales by recommending appropriate spa products to guests.
