About the role
The Spa Receptionist is the first point of contact for guests visiting the spa. You will create a welcoming atmosphere, manage appointments, and support the smooth operation of the treatment areas.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests, ensuring they feel comfortable and informed.
- Manage spa bookings, schedule appointments, and coordinate with therapists.
- Provide detailed information about treatments, services, packages, and products.
- Handle guest inquiries via phone, email, and in‑person promptly and professionally.
- Process payments, manage billing, and keep accurate transaction records.
- Maintain a clean, organized reception area that reflects the spa’s relaxing ambiance.
- Assist with retail sales by recommending appropriate spa products to guests.
