About the role

We are seeking a warm and professional Spa Therapist to welcome guests and deliver a calming, hospitable experience within our hotel spa. The successful candidate will perform a wide range of treatments, tailor each session to individual needs, and uphold the highest standards of hygiene and service.

Key responsibilities

• Greet spa guests with warmth and professionalism, creating a relaxing environment.
• Perform massages, facials, body therapies, scrubs, wraps, and holistic wellness rituals following hotel and brand protocols.
• Customize each treatment based on guest preferences, health considerations, and feedback.
• Provide post‑treatment advice, product recommendations, and wellness service information.
• Maintain impeccable cleanliness and hygiene in treatment rooms and spa areas.
• Prepare and restock treatment rooms with supplies, linens, and amenities before and after each session.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by anticipating needs and responding promptly to concerns.
• Maintain accurate client records and communicate effectively with team members.
• Support daily spa operations, including reception assistance, inventory control, and retail sales.
• Participate in regular training and team briefings to enhance skills.
