Spa Therapist (Male) – Luxury Hotel

About the role

We are seeking a male Spa Therapist to join the Grand Hyatt Kuwait City’s Spa team. The successful candidate will deliver high‑quality body treatments, ensuring guest comfort and satisfaction in a luxury hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform a variety of massage and body treatments, including loofah treatments and herbal wraps, while maintaining a clean and well‑stocked work area.
• Manage appointment schedules, review client notes after each session, and promote spa services to hotel guests and members.
• Maintain inventory of oils, towels, sheets and other supplies, and report any equipment issues to the Spa Manager.
• Adhere to all safety, hygiene and hotel operating procedures, including emergency and fire protocols.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a spa therapist in a hotel setting.
• Current professional massage licence and knowledge of current body‑treatment trends.
• Ability to interact courteously with guests and answer facility‑related questions.

Required skills

• Proficient in a range of massage techniques and body treatments.
• Experience with loofah treatments, herbal wraps and preparation of treatment kits.
