Supply Chain Manager

About the role

The Supply Chain Manager will lead end‑to‑end supply chain operations for Gulf Group Co.’s diverse business divisions, ensuring material and service availability for projects across the organization. Based on‑site in Shuwaikh, the role combines demand planning, procurement coordination and inventory optimisation to meet cost and schedule targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage demand‑planning processes, forecasting material needs based on project timelines.
• Monitor inventory levels and adjust stock to minimise shortages or excesses.
• Coordinate procurement activities, including vendor selection, negotiation and contract management.
• Optimize supply‑management workflows to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Analyse data to produce regular performance reports for senior leadership.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders across all divisions.
• Implement process improvements and ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supply chain management, logistics or operations within multi‑division or industrial environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., APICS, CPSM) are a plus.
• Ability to work on‑site in Shuwaikh, manage multiple priorities and uphold high accuracy standards.
