About the role

The TA Representative will execute the in‑field commercial strategy for priority brands within a defined territory in Kuwait, focusing on high‑quality customer engagement and achieving sales objectives while adhering to Novartis policies and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the ICE field execution framework: segment customers, apply value‑based targeting, deliver personalized omnichannel engagement, and follow data‑driven call plans.
• Provide compliant, high‑impact engagement using approved brand messaging and digital tools, and continuously improve performance through coaching and insights.
• Act as a trusted therapeutic‑area partner to HCPs, explaining clinical data, evidence, and appropriate product use.
• Leverage technology enablement systems such as next‑best‑action proposals to enhance engagement impact.
• Collect and share field insights on customer needs, market dynamics, competitor activity, and territory priorities to develop corrective actions.
• Participate in local events, meetings, and promotional activities in compliance with governance standards.

Required profile

• Degree or education in a relevant discipline.
• Proven successful performance track record, preferably with experience launching new products.
• Solid experience in the Kuwait market and strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
• Established experience in managing and engaging therapeutic‑area medical experts (TMEs).
