Talent Acquisition Officer

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Officer to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for head‑office, specialist and managerial positions across multiple departments. The role involves partnering with hiring managers, sourcing top talent, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience in a dynamic, remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of roles, from specialist to senior management.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, competencies and candidate profiles.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases, referrals and direct headhunting.
• Identify and engage passive candidates for niche and senior vacancies.
• Conduct screening and competency‑based interviews, assess cultural fit and leadership potential.
• Prepare shortlists, present candidate profiles with assessment summaries, and coordinate interview schedules.
• Maintain communication with candidates throughout the process, including offers and pre‑employment steps.
• Work with Compensation & Benefits to confirm salary ranges and prepare offer packages.
• Perform reference checks, employment verification and maintain accurate records in the ATS and other HR systems.
• Provide regular recruitment updates and reports to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• 3–6 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably with GCC or regional exposure.
• Proven ability to recruit for multiple functions and seniority levels.
• Strong communication, relationship‑building and independent working skills.
