About the role
Hajery is seeking a Talent Acquisition Officer to lead end‑to‑end recruitment processes in Kuwait, ensuring the right talent is attracted, selected and onboarded.
Key responsibilities
- Plan manpower needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Source, screen, interview and select candidates.
- Manage employment offers and onboarding procedures.
- Maintain recruitment records and report hiring updates to management.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
- 1–2 years of recruitment or related experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with sourcing and recruitment platforms.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
