Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the full recruitment lifecycle to attract and hire qualified talent for AIU. This position works closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure a smooth candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and extending offers.
• Collaborate with hiring departments to define position requirements, timelines and workforce planning.
• Draft and post job advertisements following AIU branding guidelines.
• Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, agency partnerships and professional networks.
• Guide selected candidates through relocation, visa documentation and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate applicant tracking data, recruitment reports and candidate databases.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 6 years of recruitment experience, preferably in international or higher‑education settings.
• Experience drafting job advertisements and employment contracts.
• Familiarity with labor regulations and recruitment compliance is an advantage.

• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and online sourcing tools.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple vacancies.
