About the role
Bureau Veritas is looking for an HR Lead to join its Kuwait office, supporting the Southern Middle East Region. The role partners with product line managers, regional HR, and the Country Chair.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise recruitment processes, advise on innovative methods, and monitor recruitment KPIs.
- Plan and coordinate induction and employee training initiatives.
- Implement and maintain HRIS with accurate employee data.
- Manage employee records, payroll processing, and ensure compliance with labor laws and HSE regulations.
- Address employee grievances, drive retention, and lead admin and HR support teams.
Required profile
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA in HR preferred.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in core HR activities.
