Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead the full recruitment lifecycle for American International University, Kuwait. You will design sourcing strategies, evaluate candidates, and ensure a smooth hiring experience that aligns with the university’s staffing needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
• Collaborate with hiring departments to define position requirements, timelines, and workforce planning.
• Draft and post job advertisements following AIU branding guidelines.
• Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, agency partnerships, and professional networks.
• Guide selected candidates through relocation, visa documentation, and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate applicant tracking data, recruitment reports, and candidate databases.
• Assist in drafting employment contracts in compliance with labor regulations.
• Perform additional HR‑related duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with diverse stakeholders across time zones.
• Experience of at least 72 months in talent acquisition or related HR functions.
