About the role

The Vice President for Enrollment & Student Affairs provides executive leadership for the integrated student lifecycle at AIU, aligning enrollment strategy and student services with the university’s academic mission, regulatory obligations, financial sustainability, and the RISE 2026‑2030 transformation plan.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a multi‑year strategic enrollment management plan, set annual targets for new, continuing, transfer, international and future graduate students, and monitor KPIs.
• Lead enrollment forecasting, market analysis, demand modelling and conversion strategies to inform institutional decisions.
• Oversee the full recruitment funnel—from enquiry to admission, deposit, registration and enrollment—identifying and addressing attrition points.
• Provide executive oversight for admissions, ensuring compliance with Private Universities Council (PUC), Ministry requirements and accreditation standards.
• Direct registration operations, data governance, and enrollment analytics to guarantee accurate student records and reliable reporting.
• Lead student affairs, including engagement, clubs, athletics, well‑being, counselling and case management, while maintaining fair conduct processes.
• Partner with Academic Affairs and Schools on retention, early‑alert, and graduation strategies, using data to identify at‑risk students and intervene effectively.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, support accreditation activities and contribute to institutional effectiveness and university‑wide planning.
