Educational Consultant – Study Abroad Advisor

About the role

We are seeking a full-time, on‑site Educational Consultant in Kuwait City to guide students and families through every step of their study‑abroad journey, from selecting the right program to settling into university life.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct consultations with students and families to understand goals and recommend suitable programs, universities, and destinations.
• Guide students through application, admission, and placement processes, reviewing academic records and editing application materials.
• Advise on timelines, requirements, and documentation while maintaining regular communication and ongoing support.
• Collaborate with internal teams and international university partners, and contribute to workshops, information sessions, and outreach activities.

Required profile

• Graduate of a scholarship program (ابتعاث) from a university in the UK, US, Australia, or New Zealand.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English with excellent communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required; preferably in Education, Counseling, International Relations, or a related field.
• Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and capacity to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
