Video Editor – Short‑Form & Brand Films

About the role

Base360.ai is looking for a creative Video Editor to turn raw footage, product recordings, and founder interviews into compelling launch films, social content, and ads that showcase the possibilities of short‑term rental automation.

Key responsibilities

• Edit product launches and brand films that blend storytelling, product demos, and strong visual direction.
• Create founder‑led content from interviews, talking‑head footage, and behind‑the‑scenes moments.
• Produce short‑form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn with powerful hooks.
• Build paid‑ad creative with varied openings, messaging, and calls‑to‑action.
• Integrate screen recordings, motion graphics, kinetic typography, and clear visual explanations.
• Own post‑production including footage selection, colour grading, sound design, music, captions, and final exports.
• Leverage AI creative tools (Runway, Kling, Sora, ElevenLabs) to generate visuals, voice‑overs, and other assets.
• Maintain a consistent visual identity across formats and improve content using performance insights.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling, editing craft, and visual taste.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro, with motion‑design skills in After Effects.
• Ability to hook viewers in the first three seconds and condense long recordings into concise stories.
• Understanding of how music, silence, sound effects, and pacing shape emotion.
• Comfortable using AI tools as part of the creative workflow.
• Independent, deadline‑driven, and receptive to direct feedback.
