Jr. Graphic Designer, Photographer & IT Support

About the role

The Junior Graphic Designer, Photographer/Videographer & IT Support Assistant supports the school’s creative media and technology needs. This junior‑level position blends visual design, media production, and basic IT assistance for staff, students, and parents.

Key responsibilities

• Design digital and print materials such as posters, flyers, banners, certificates, and social media posts while maintaining brand consistency.
• Support creation and updating of digital content for newsletters, signage, and announcements.
• Capture photos and videos at school events, set up lighting and equipment, and edit media for promotional use.
• Coordinate with the communications team to schedule, publish, and archive media content.
• Provide basic technical support for platforms like PowerSchool, Microsoft 365, and Schoology, and troubleshoot hardware (computers, printers, projectors).
• Set up and maintain classroom technology, AV systems, and digital signage displays.
• Maintain the school’s digital media library, design assets, and IT inventory records.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Creative, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn with strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Proactive, reliable, and able to multitask while providing friendly service to staff and students.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.
• Basic photography and videography skills, including editing.
• Familiarity with Windows operating system and Microsoft 365 environment.
• Basic knowledge of AV systems, networking, and hardware troubleshooting.
