About the role

As a Waiter/Waitress at Grand Hyatt Kuwait City, you will deliver high‑quality food and beverage service to hotel guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience. The role requires a friendly, professional attitude and the ability to adapt to a fast‑paced hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Take orders, serve meals and beverages, and attend to guest requests promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of dining areas in accordance with hotel standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure accurate and timely service.
• Handle guest payments and process bills accurately.
• Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.

Required profile

• Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in hotel food and beverage operations.
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Professional and courteous demeanor.
