Wholesale Account Manager (Kuwait)

About the role

The Wholesale Account Manager will lead UFFF's wholesale operations in Kuwait, driving growth and strengthening relationships with retail partners. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Sharq and focuses on expanding the company's presence in the pop‑culture market.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers across Kuwait.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase wholesale sales.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies aligned with company goals.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
• Meet or exceed defined sales targets and KPIs.
• Prepare regular sales reports and performance analyses.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to achieve business objectives.

Required profile

• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Proven experience in wholesale, retail, or business development.
• Ability to plan, implement, and adjust sales strategies.
• Analytical mindset for evaluating sales performance and solving market challenges.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Organized, time‑management focused, and self‑motivated.
• Customer‑oriented with a track record of meeting deadlines and targets.
• Knowledge of the pop‑culture retail sector is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
