In-House Sales Associate (Kuwait)

About the role

We are seeking motivated and aggressive In‑House Sales Associates to join our growing distribution team in Kuwait. The role focuses on generating new business, maintaining daily contact with existing customers, and supporting the outdoor sales team to achieve monthly targets.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up with customers daily by phone and email.
• Generate new business opportunities and contact supermarkets, restaurants, wholesalers, co‑ops, and retail customers.
• Prepare and send quotations, then follow up on inquiries.
• Support the outdoor sales team and close deals to meet monthly sales targets.
• Search for new customers and business opportunities online and through direct communication.

Required profile

• Motivated, aggressive and business‑oriented.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
• Good knowledge of the Kuwait market is an advantage.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Experience in food distribution or FMCG sales is preferred.
