Accommodation Supervisor

About the role

The Accommodation Supervisor ensures a safe, well‑organized, and comfortable living environment for team members. You will oversee daily operations of the team member accommodation, coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance, security, transportation providers, and suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the accommodation, maintaining facilities, common areas, and rooms to required standards.
• Supervise and coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams.
• Assign newly joining team members to appropriate rooms based on availability and policy.
• Monitor accommodation contracts, ensure timely renewals, and handle changes.
• Organise maintenance activities, track work progress and minimise disruption.
• Coordinate with suppliers, raise and follow up purchase orders.
• Monitor daily bus schedules, liaise with transportation providers, and ensure reliable service.
• Support team‑member welfare by addressing concerns and improving comfort and safety.
• Conduct regular inspections of rooms, common areas, and facilities.
• Oversee monthly pest‑control program and communicate procedures.
• Communicate accommodation‑related circulars, rules, and emergency information.
• Act as primary contact during emergencies and incidents.

Required profile

• Experience supervising multi‑disciplinary support teams in a hospitality or accommodation setting.
• Strong organisational and coordination abilities.
• Ability to manage contracts and supplier relationships.
