Accommodation Supervisor – Kuwait

About the role

The Accommodation Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the employee housing camp in Mahbula, Kuwait. This role ensures that the living environment remains clean, safe, and well‑maintained while supporting the comfort and wellbeing of all occupants.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day activities of the accommodation/camp, including housekeeping and security.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper upkeep of rooms, common areas, and facilities.
• Allocate rooms, keep accurate occupancy records, and manage room assignments.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams for plumbing, electrical, and general repair work.
• Arrange essential services such as water supply and waste disposal.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and local authority requirements.
• Address and resolve employee accommodation‑related complaints promptly.
• Prepare periodic reports on occupancy, maintenance activities, and resource needs.

Required profile

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar accommodation or facilities supervision role within Kuwait.
• Proficient in English; bilingual ability preferred.
• Local hire only (Visa 18 or VIP).

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office for reporting and documentation.
