Account Director – POSM, Fit‑Out, Retail & Events

About the role

Brand Aid, a multi‑country marketing, advertising and production agency, is seeking an experienced Account Director to lead its Client Servicing team in Kuwait. You will oversee POSM, fit‑out, retail and activation & events projects, ensuring flawless execution and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain pricing discipline by ensuring all jobs meet or exceed the country‑specific multiplier floor, with CEO approval required for any exceptions.
• Drive cross‑selling and client retention through regular review meetings and proactive pitching of seasonal concepts.
• Own and achieve the overall Kuwait sales revenue target across all service lines.
• Manage project workflows in Odoo, coordinating with production and technical teams to avoid overtime, collect complete briefs, and keep BOMs up‑to‑date.
• Lead internal alignment meetings, oversee sample approvals, and enforce cut‑off dates for technical drawings and production.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• 8+ years of client servicing or account leadership experience within POSM, fit‑out, retail, activation/events or a production agency.
• Proven track record managing production‑linked client accounts, including BOM and costing oversight.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP/workflow systems, preferably Odoo.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, BOM creation and cost management.
• Excellent negotiation and client relationship management abilities.
