Account Executive - Architecture - Qatar

About the role

The Cisco Collaboration Account Executives team drives digital transformation by delivering innovative collaboration solutions across the EMEA region. As an Account Executive focused on Architecture for Qatar and the Gulf, you will lead end‑to‑end sales of Cisco Collaboration offerings, building long‑term partnerships with IT and business leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle sales of Cisco Collaboration solutions, including on‑premises, UCaaS and CCaaS, for customers in Qatar and the broader Gulf region.
• Develop and execute a business development strategy to identify new growth opportunities and increase market penetration.
• Maintain relationships with IT, executive and business stakeholders to secure long‑term partnerships.
• Report market insights, strategy execution and financial performance to senior leaders.
• Partner with technical teams to align solutions with customer outcomes and provide feedback for product improvement.

Required profile

• Extensive direct sales experience in collaboration solutions (on‑premises, UCaaS, CCaaS) with a proven record of meeting quotas.
• Experience managing full sales cycles in Qatar and the Middle East market.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively with engineers, architects and business unit leaders.
