About the role
The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long‑term relationships. This role focuses on driving account growth through upselling, cross‑selling, and renewal initiatives while collaborating closely with internal teams.
Key responsibilities
- Relationship Management: Address client inquiries, resolve disputes, and deliver consistent value.
- Account Growth: Identify upselling, cross‑selling, and renewal opportunities to maximize profitability.
- Internal Collaboration: Work with sales, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Performance Reporting: Track client KPIs, monitor budgets, and provide regular progress updates.
- Contract Negotiations: Assist in negotiating and renewing client agreements and manage contract updates.
Required profile
- Filipino male citizen, aged 25‑45.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Visa transferable and at least 18 years old.
- 1‑3 years of relevant experience.
- Educational background in accounting.
