Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, customer‑focused Account Manager to join our team in Kuwait. The role involves managing client accounts, building strong relationships, and identifying growth opportunities for the business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Develop new business opportunities and increase sales.
• Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts.
• Monitor account performance and prepare regular reports.
• Achieve sales and account management targets.
• Conduct client meetings and follow up on customer requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in account management, sales or business development.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
• Valid Kuwait driving licence (preferred).
• Experience in logistics, delivery or FMCG sector is an advantage.
