Accountant – Immediate Joiner

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accountant to manage our accounts payable and receivable functions, support payroll, and assist with month‑end and year‑end closings.

Key responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices, match purchase orders, issue customer bills, record payments and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Perform bank and general ledger reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Enter daily transactions, journals and expense reports into accounting software such as Oracle and Tally.
• Support payroll by gathering timecards, tracking hours and verifying benefit deductions.
• Prepare and review financial statements, balance sheets, draft P&L statements, budget forecasts and cash‑flow reports.
• Maintain inventory databases, WMS or Excel spreadsheets with daily transactions and adjustments.
• Assist internal or external auditors by organizing financial files and gathering receipts.
• Manage petty cash, employee reimbursements and expense tracking.
• Execute month‑end and year‑end closing procedures.

Required profile

• Accounting degree.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Ready to join immediately.
