Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager will support the Finance Director in overseeing financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting for a specific business unit, combining leadership with hands‑on financial work.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to drive financial performance and provide insight‑driven recommendations.
• Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes, integrating inputs from cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Prepare strategic, business, and quarterly review plans for corporate management.
• Conduct detailed revenue enhancement and cost‑saving analyses, including pricing and profitability studies.
• Review capital expenditure models and manage internal approval processes.
• Evaluate new business opportunities and expansion projects by building initial financial models.
• Direct and coordinate all activities of the financial control function.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of analysts.

Required profile

• Professional qualification such as CA, CPA, CMA, MBA or equivalent.
• 4‑8 years of post‑qualification finance experience, including at least 1 year as a Finance Manager in a multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of financial and management accounting concepts with excellent analytical capability.
• Excellent oral, written and presentation skills, able to interact with VP‑level stakeholders.
• Proven talent development skills, capable of coaching and mentoring diverse teams.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems.
• Familiarity with business intelligence tools.
