Accreditation Manager

About the role

The Accreditation Manager will support the American International University’s accreditation processes, ensuring the institution is prepared for initial accreditation, renewals, and site visits. This role coordinates documentation, compliance reporting, and communication with accrediting bodies while collaborating closely with academic and administrative units.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate institutional and program accreditation documentation and submissions.
• Support the preparation of accreditation self‑studies, reports, and evidence files.
• Maintain accreditation records, calendars, and compliance documentation.
• Liaise with academic and administrative units to ensure timely and accurate data submission.
• Assist in logistics and preparation for accreditation site visits.
• Monitor compliance with accreditation standards and follow‑up requirements.
• Draft accreditation‑related reports, policies, and procedures.
• Provide regular accreditation status updates to leadership.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Education, Higher Education Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4–6 years of experience in accreditation, compliance, or quality assurance within higher education.
• Strong organizational, documentation management, and communication skills in English.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse academic and administrative stakeholders.
• Professional discretion when handling sensitive information.
